Like several songs that were written (or started) in the mid 80s, this lighthearted ditty was inspired by my first reading of the story of Nehemiah. I might have had my family group singing it for a brief time, but never took it anywhere until now. Hope you enjoy it!

Just like Nehemiah, we're gonna take it higher;
